How do you not know anything about the dad? -He was being evicted from his home (while sad, he knew what was coming) -He pointed a loaded AR-15 rifle at the cops -The child was directly behind the dad and was heard saying "Dad, stop. Dad stop" -The dad was known to have had paranoid tendencies and feared his home was being "invaded" If anything, I'm impressed that the cop only fired a single round-can you imagine how much restraint it would have taken to fire only 1 shot (and through his arm instead of centre mass) when you've got an assault rifle pointed at you? I'd like to see you remain as calm under similar circumstances. Putting aside the issue of having an assault rifle around the house, the whole thing was unfortunate but foreseeable given the situation that someone innocent was going to get hurt. --- Mod me?
