| xMythic 07/31/18 4:03:49 AM #19: | It legitimized FPS on consoles. Bungie produced a very polished game that was fantastic in every aspect. The tight controls and physics were mind blowing, every other console FPS was a clunky POS by comparison. Above all else, it was just a lot of fun. There really was nothing like it on consoles at the time. It set the standard for that console generation. Any reasonable gamer should know it wouldn't have been anything special had it been a PC exclusive.
