The only people who call themselves educators are actual educators, regardless of their political leanings. Regardless, as has been pointed out any attempt to "reach out" to Trump supporters with rational discussion has proven repeatedly fruitless. The die-hard Trumpers don't want or aren't capable of rational discussion, and more moderate Republicans who begrudgingly prefer him over the Clinton alternative don't want to talk about him at all for how embarrassing he is. --- "a minority is someone who you can tell off the bat they are black/hispanic/colored.
