Especially since that guy would probably never make that much. But I really think they should punish the wife more than the other guy. In this case, he obviously knew she was married, so he's kind of a piece of shit. But in cases where the other person doesn't know that the person they're sleeping with is married, that would suck if they had to go to court and had to pay for ruining a marriage that they didn't know existed. It would also suck if they invited another person to have some extra fun with them. But then they got mad at that person and one of them sued them for ruining their marriage, as well.
