Mexicans would like a word too. The older generations in my family down to people younger than me that I've worked with. Every time I hear people ranting on about "white people are racists" etc. it's like you know what, bite me. Live in that little perception bubble if you want. I've never even read that the KKK has said the things I've heard in real life by other hispanics.

I have two distant cousins that were flat out disowned by everyone, parents and siblings included because they dated and had kids with black men. One of them died in fact like a decade ago and no one went to the funeral. She had long ago moved away but not too far. But not even her parents went. I can say without any uncertainty. Big time mexican catholic family. Turning out gay, changing religions, getting married outside the church. That's a lifetime of sideways glances and discontent from everyone and seeing your parents get looked down upon as if it's their fault. But dating a black person. That's disownment across the spectrum.
