Something has definitely changed.

I live in an area of Europe that often breaks heat records, but for the past few years it's been pretty mild.

Like 3-4 nights ago was the first night where it was really hot and I had trouble sleeping.
Usually it starts during early June, with nearly 2 months of ~40C temperatures (that's 110F iirc).

On the other hand, from mid-November to late January it often got as cold as nearly 0 celsius, but lately winters have also been mild.
Last Christmas you could basically walk around in a t-shirt.

Not good at all, feels really weird and often affects people.
