Sorry but most women in the world, black or otherwise, aren't built like this. And this is after having a year off because of childbirth. She lifts weights and has been in great physical shape for most of her life. A lot of women "snap back" pretty well post partum following the birth of their first child, especially if they are in shape, and this is a year later.
