My life isn't even particularly bad, but regardless of quality of life I still feel that way. I don't think anything could make me truly happy for more than a brief amount of time gives a big, warm and loving hug <3 It sucks cause when you have depression and your life itself isn't shjtty no one believes anything is wrong with you because "what do you have to be depressed about lol" . I think depression is usually triggered by something though. Theres a void, or youre being a victim of something. Something is robbing your happiness. Whatever it is, youre focusing on it. Hate your job? Hate your living situation? Hate yourself? Hate the fact that you dont have a girlfriend? Not happy with your wife? Too stressed? Not enough money? I can go on.
