Just dumb, still don't know what came over me to have such a lapse in judgement. Was she a woman, because the same shit happened to me. Granted, I had something to defend myself with, but looking back, it was very impulsive. I pulled up to a carwash late at night, accommodating my tools back in their racks (I swerved to avoid a car crash from some idiot who ran a red light) and vacuuming it the back part of my work van out, when I hear a hello behind me. I had a hammer nearby, but didn't rotate to.that person right away. I just replied 'hi' back. She asked me what I.was doing, and told me her life story... long story short, She rode shotgun and gave her a ride to her apartment. She looked like she's been through some shit and bought her Sonic on the way. She was crying saying thank you repeatedly and gave me a hug.
