You're not a celebrity who has an agent probably telling them to get on the platform and talk as much as possible. 20K doesn't SOUND like a lot, but if you tweeted and responded lets say 100 times a day, especially after releasing one of the biggest movies in recent years, less than a year has you at 20k. While 100 seems like a lot, if you have a million followers and you decide you should respond to nice messages (and shit posters), it will go up quickly.
