Someone working at a 911 call center, for example, might need a lot of release, especially if they have other stressors like children or difficult relationships. in that case, it's a good way to keep yourself present. Especially if you suffer from depression, it's not a bad way to really live in your feelings, too, because depression tends to be very deflating and causes some to feel little or nothing. --- idk ...
