As you run up, another guard runs through, but you don't get the chance to take a good look at them since Peon already skewered them. You finally make it up the stairs, leading you to a very wide corridor with more stairs at the end. Wide, and lined with dozens of guards that were waiting for you at the top. Peon uses the last of the conjured miasma to shoot down a few of them, but many still remain. "Mortal, I require more!" You're a lot more reluctant to use the miasma now. Something feels off about weaponizing your negativity. You get a bad vibe continuing like this. Then again, you're surrounded. You could try to maneuver past them, or fight them the old fashioned way. You look at your finger again. Is it worth it?
