Suzaku's little sister was originally going to test her enchanted guardian's power to see if she can go the island with Rokuro, but they don't even bother since she's de-powered. Rokuro leaves and we don't see Benio again in the main manga for a while, but then we get the announcement for her side story. The tldr of the translated chapters we have so far is that Kamui takes her to Kaguya to get her powers back. We learn the origin of every female Twin Stars' power, and how the second impurity was a failed attempt at harnessing the power of the King of Impurities.
