Nice and natural implementation. I like it. Would love to see Snake in a game between 2 and 4, because that's a damn handsome face. And the US is completely misguided and rushing into danger because they think they have the upper hand. That's never happened before. Ooh, this place's got a "hardboiled" feel to it, for the lack of a better word. Big fan. "Signal interceptor", very subtle. Half of this post is probably going to be me gushing over how fantastic this place looks. The visual effects here are really nice, as well; I love the halation on Snake's face and the lights. God damn, they are absolutely nailing the feel of this city.
