lol, not at all, I was just wondering why a SJW who's normally so ahead of the SJW curve would use the outdated term instead of the new one.
"Man-made global warming" is nonsense. There are climate phases which are mostly defined by the sun's activity. Believing that humans cause some kind of massive change to climate is the height of human arrogance, and it's not surprising at all to me that it's mostly pseudo-intellectual liberals that claim that.
Now, the true damage we do is pollution. We kill animals at land and sea with our waste, we poison the air and kill ourselves, too... That's something we should be working to reduce. And it's utterly asinine to affix the real problem that is pollution to the bullshit that is "global warming" so as to give credence to the latter.

I baited him into admitting that weather patterns shift, to which I responded "weather patterns, meaning climate and a shift meaning a change." He tried to double down. Everyone was laughing at him. Then he disappeared from the topic. It was amusing.
Assuming (and that's a big assumption) your story is correct, that guy wasn't an "alternative Vlado" because nobody sane would claim that climate stays exactly the same throughout history. They laughed at him because he was wrong if he claimed climate is fixed. Your several buddies here laugh at me because I represent a purer (i.e. different from theirs) world view. If you cannot make the difference, that's on you.

It was pushed by Netflix, they funded it or something. Different from just giving some show a platform.
