Do a Ketogenic diet.

Red meats, cheeses, eggs, milk, anything without carbs is okay. Or at least limited carbs
(I'm doing <50g/day).

If you like snacking, get some chicharrones - Fried pork skins. Crunchy/Crispy and salty like potato chips, but no carbs.

Diet sodas and "sugar free" drinks aren't okay. No chocolate milk, no juice, no soda, no alcohol (esp. some beers, wines, and whiskeys).

basically, no bread, pasta, sugar, potatoes, or rice.
