Gunn absolutely doesn't deserve to be fired, but neither did Roseanne, and a whole host of other people that have had their social media histories used against them. But these are the rules now. People were fine with this sort of mob mentality when it was against targets that they approved of, but now that it's starting to be used against them, all the sudden we need to be forgiving and understanding and just let these events slide. Pandora's Box has been opened, I suspect things aren't going to change anytime soon. Gunn made those posts when he was 40. Nobody should buy the "he's grown" bullshit.
