Politics and Lifestyle and etc included in entertainment is just wrong. It screams, "LOOK AT US, WE ARE PROGRESSIVE! WATCH OUR SHOW!!!" when it's a reboot of a original series that had nothing to do with those characteristics. I don't care if a character is straight, gay, bi or whatever. I don't care if a character is white, black, mexican or etc. But don't take a normally, straight character and turn him gay or bi for virtue.
