I didnt start coming out of my shell until I was 16 or so. I decided to stop giving a shit about what other people thought about me. I also worked a lot of customer service jobs on the side. Ive learned to develop empathy for people. And I know how to adapt to my audience. Some of my clients are very matter of fact, straight to the point people. Others are more talkative.
