You had a whole paragraph about the coupon "looking" fraudulent but you have no proof it was and in fact in all actuality likely wasn't because CVS hasn't done anything to press any type of charges against this woman. So you're making up lies about what a fraudster this woman is trying to buy adult diapers for a medical condition while railing on people saying this guy appears racist for calling the cops on her because he's "intimidated" due to her appearance and his belief she's using a fraudulent coupon, which the police wouldn't even handle at this juncture in the investigation.

My main point above all else is that there is indeed "no proof" that the man was in anyway racist nor that racism was even involved at all...but yet the internet lynch mob is crucifying him as a rotten evil racist anyway. OF COURSE neither CVS nor the company that (allegedly) issued the coupon is going to even suggest it's fake because all they're concerned about is avoiding any bad PR. I'm not "making up" any lies at all...I am just very concerned that this poor man will be completely broken emotionally (and I'm sure it won't help his physical disability/condition either) when he has done NOTHING racist and he does not deserve to be treated like one and have his life ruined.

Remember all the stories in the past where it seemed like a customer/employee wrote bad messages on receipts but it turned out to be a fake? That was not found out or called out by the company...it took independent internet sleuths to do that...and that's what needs to be done here to confirm the coupon one way or the other. And why am I not at all surprised that a witness has now come forward to say that the woman's story is not exactly as she insists?

Where are you getting the info on him having a disability? Maybe I keep reading over it or something. But I don't see that...

And why are you so positive the coupon was fake. It could be. But probably not. I think if the company knew, they probably would say something. New coupons are made all the time. And when I worked retail, I know that not everybody knew ALL the coupons.

Idk. I'm not saying he was racist. But he probably didn't handle this correctly at all. Jen is right that he should have probably just taken her information and let the fraud department handle it.
