I don't really care what people say in private, recorded or not. If you do, then maybe you're the type that would be okay with thought crime being a for real thing. Like, some sort of sci fi device that records people's thoughts. If they think the N-word, they get in trouble for it.

Of course, there are always exceptions. Such as conspiring to kill someone, and plans to follow through.
