Also, does this really fit the mythos? Yes Dick and Bruce have a falling out, and Dick is more than a little pissed with Bruce, but they split on relatively good terms. You're right that those subtle references to Batman did work out for Teen Titans, but its detachment from the rest of the DC universe was always something I thought was odd.
