While he's clearly a screeching halfwit that I wouldn't trust to run a 7-11, let alone a major world power....he'll be gone in two more years and we'll have a solidly conservative supreme court for several decades. Damaged foreign relations can be pretty easily repaired by the next administration, tariffs can be repealed or scaled down to acceptable levels. I think as long as America can escape the Trump administration without any long-term damage, then yeah I'm happy with the choice.


a republican majority in the supreme court isnt a good thing
you need balance so one side doesnt dominate or else you could have things like repealing gay marriage or overturning roe vs wade

and damaged foreign relations are not something so easily fixed
trump has done damage to your country that will take decades to fix if it even can be fixed
