They'll have some ridiculous dmg% numbers against some of the enemy formation types. I'd say don't pine for it and you'll get one eventually. MG5 is considered one of the better MGs because she's pretty flexible. If you wanna use her, try to roll for the MG equip that gives you one more round, because that puts her on 12+ round, which uses her skill well. Kinda want her >.> I don't have a 5* MG yet. G41's active is pretty broken. 75% boost for 10 freaking sec is insane, though at the moment only the bosses will ever last 16 seconds on the board (adding initial cd), or hoards that come in droves which are pretty easy to deal with anyways.
