Give it 18 or 24 more hours and at least come up with a lie that could maybe somehow make sense. Incompetent! Yup. The half ass "double negative" excuse is inexcusable. I have no words for whoever thought that was his best bet, and I have even fewer words for the advisers who didn't expect him to still back talk like he always does (this time by saying it could be Russia but also could have been anybody...da fuq?).
