Just do what? I freeze up completely even when I have to talk to people in group discussions in a classroom setting, unless I'm already extremely relaxed. Any small amount of stress makes me completely unable to move or speak.
Once I got a job at a subway, but there was a cute girl working there when I was supposed to go in for training, so I got frozen and just sat down at a table for 30 minutes unable to move. When I got the courage to move, all I could do was get up and walk out, and walk home.
