Whenever these stories come out the go to tactic has been making any and all sort of attack on the victim's character possible, and when that isn't possible they just go "i don't believe it" and carry on Yeah you're right. It happened in this very topic with people implying he was a violent criminal. I mean one guy even tried to discredit the story by using a video of another university Discredit is the name of the game, no matter how pretty they like to dress it up.
