I'd send Trump to an alternate version of the world he envisions it to be, and make him the ruler of that world, and have complete cotrol of the populace. No one does anything he doesn't order them to do... but neither do anything by their own volition.
Want a burger in your bed every morning? Oh, you wanted it on a plate and not just dropped into your bed? You should have specified that. Better also specify that it needs to be heated.
Oh, there's no electricity? Better go tell the people running the power plants to do something about that!
Oh, the power plants need some form of fuel, like coal? Go tell some people to deliver coal to it!
There's no cola to deliver? Why don't you tell the coal workers to mine coal... and tell them to use mining tools as well! Also don't forget to tell them to deposit the coal in the transports, and then tell the transports to leave. To the power plant, to be exact.
What was that? People are starting to die all over? Obviously you neglected to tell them to eat and drink. Don't forget to tell them stop eating and drinking or else they die from a busted gut! Also, order them how to not defecate in their clothes, and to get out of bed when they wake up, and to go to bed when tired, and to get healed up if injured. And tell the doctors what to do when an injured person comes to their reception. And tell the doctors to go to their place of work.
Yeah, Trump would be the man who makes all the decisions, quite literally.
