What I can say is the Type64 has a much, much better design than Skorpion, which means I'd say use her. I know Type64 gets an upgrade to Four Star at some point. Dunno when the English game is getting that feature. So can I upgrade her 2* to 4 or is it a roll? Think I'm just gonna go with her because she's cute and I just wanna finalize my main team. --- ...
