Topic	Has anyone tried both Zzzquil and Melatonin?
CacciatoPart3 07/15/18 10:19:40 PM #7:	Melatonin eventually stopped working for me. So I switched to Zzzquil every now and then for nights when I dont drink. I didnt particularly have any side effects like drowsiness for either of them. Eventually I was prescribed Ambien for a little while which was fantastic for falling asleep.
