If a 17 year old is fully developed, through puberty, masturbating regularly and a week away from his 18th birthday, why is it horrific to fuck him but then fine 8 days later? The line is arbitrary because we need something to protect youth and there is no clear "Cut off date" where things go from creepy to normal.
