He was only there for 2 weeks too lol I had a co-worker grab a knife and hold it like he was gonna do something with it. He restrained himself and put it down though. That was his last day >_> At current job, had one flip out on the others after a random discussion turned into a heated argument and said "fuck all you guys!" and stormed out. Another time he got into a shouting match with the boss... no consequences though. The boss is his older brother >_>.
