I also once got lectured because I missed something small that she also missed, and she said something along the lines about how we need to notice her mistakes. and if we try to explain why something happened the way it did, she cuts us off like what we say doesn't matter. she also sits on projects until the last minute, so there's some downtime until a few days when the project is due, and then she rushes everyone at the last minute. and another thing that bothers me is when she wants me to make some kinda budget request for a project only so that another name is attached, so when we need to pay it back, she's the only one with the authority, but I get hounded by the people we need to pay. just a bunch of stuff. --- b-bb-box ...
