I always prefer all my deli meat, thin sliced. The thinner the better, the problem is most supermarkets around me don't get it right, even after show me the first slice it's still always either too thick, or basically shaved which sucks too.


thin slice roast beef is really annoying to do in the deli unless the slicers have been sharpened recently. we had a designated slicer just for roast beef so the other ones didn't get all dull and messy
