| furb 07/13/18 7:04:31 PM #10: | West Virginia here. Nearest dmv is over an hour away. No mass transit or Uber or taxis availabe. Sucks. So i am sure it sucks for minorities too. Used to be one 15 mins away, but the state gov shutdown alot of local state police offices and local dmvs to save money like 15 years ago. --- You know how fads are.
