For example, lunch at work today is three eggs, a slice of salmon, and a few strawberries. If I'm not lifting then usually the only carbs I eat come from fruit and veggies. I do a lot of cardio. I will bulk again but it'll be with much more wholesome foods next time. Last year I just wanted to completely blitz my way up in weight to build my arm back up after surgery.
