Topic	People who break check while they go 15 under the speed limit

Uhhh the 67, the 94, the 56, the 54, and the 163. The interstate 8, 15? You live and never leave LA or something? 15 is the only one I've ever used. Others aren't SoCal. These are the SoCal highways/freeways. None of these are two landed only, so far as I know https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Southern_California_freeways They're all SoCal freeways I listed. All have portions where they're down to two lanes for a good stretch, some are exclusively two lanes.
