Seems like a subtle way of saying he doesn't believe rape accusers

I was thinking the same thing. It's a very odd quote string from him.

Theres something wonderful about a man chasing a woman. Theres a traditional approach to that, which is nice. I think a woman should be wooed and chased, but maybe Im old-fashioned for thinking that.

Its very difficult to do that if there are certain rules in place. Because then its like: Well, I dont want to go up and talk to her, because Im going to be called a rapist or something. So youre like, Forget it, Im going to call an ex-girlfriend instead, and then just go back to a relationship, which never really worked. But its way safer than casting myself into the fires of hell, because Im someone in the public eye, and if I go and flirt with someone, then who knows whats going to happen?

Now? Now you really cant pursue someone further than, No. Its like, OK, cool. But then theres the, Oh whyd you give up? And its like, Well, because I didnt want to go to jail?

If hes going up to a woman and her first reaction is this guy is probably a rapist maybe he should work on his approach
