It's actually worse than Song of the South when it comes to racial insensitivity. "What makes the red man red?" seems like a song that should be from the 1930s, not the '50s. And it was really passed the time when you could exaggerate a person's ethnic features to such a degree.

I'm not "offended" by the song, but it is kind of embarrassing to watch. (Although, like the Siamese cat song, it's very catchy when taken at face value.)
