The thing is that a lot of overweight people think that diet and exercise means to starve yourself and work out for hours and hours a day. Reading the labels on food is important, but you have to know what to look for. 90% of people who read the nutrition facts are only looking for carbs and calories (which you need to exercise). --- Stand for the anthem or sit for the game! ...
