Essentially tripled my salary while also getting a ton of extras (free apartment, 2 free meals per day 5 days per week, yearly bonuses, yearly round trip flight anywhere I want, student conversion bonuses). Plus my boss will give my wife a job when she gets here as well. He will also pay for my daughters schooling. Between us we are going to make around $4,000-$4,500/month after taxes and have very little in the way of expenses. Plus I should get a raise of another $500 or so after my 3 month probation finishes.
