If you wanted privacy create a web blog open only to close friends and co-workers. Or write in a damn journal. Or create a completely separate Twitter handle that doesnt have your employee in your description. And almost every company has policy that they can fire you on the spot if you do anything that harms the companies image. She has absolutely zero reason to sue.
