Nothing makes me more mad about the live-action movie than her not being a dragon. Her being a dragon is what everyone wanted to see, and we were robbed of it.

Also, why does every villain have to now be actually some sort of anti-hero. Can we not just have cold, cruel villains anymore? A person with the name Maleficent deserves to be the evilest of them all, she doesn't need us to sympathize with her. Make her someone we respect and fear.


Even on the internet, I regularly see "villains are only good if they're sympathetic or you can relate to them for some reason." I hate it so much
