You really should. It's one of my most favourite franchises along with Gundam. Which come to think of it it's usually things by Bandai that I really enjoy so much. They use cool devices (usually belts) to transform into Kamen Riders. Anyway you should probably start with one of the modern series, like Kamen Rider W. Or for something from the earlier 2000s, Kamen Rider Kuuga, Agito, Kabuto, etc. You don't need to watch in a certain order. Kamen Rider Zi-O will be a new anniversary series so he will likely crossover with the previous ones and watching those ones will get you to appreciate them more when they appear in the new show, and Kamen Rider Decade (the 10th Heisei anniversary Kamen Rider) will possibly have a connection to Zi-O and appear because he's also an anniversary Rider (Decade 10th, Zi-O 20th), so Zi-O is the next Decade.
