Your source WASN'T EVEN THERE. From the same article you linked to:

So your argument is that while she was walking toward the pool area, another resident asked Adam Bloom to verify that she belongs in the pool area? How does that even make sense? You yourself admit "we don't know what happened before the recording," but somehow you're 100% sure that he asked to see her key card as well? Even though he never even brings up the idea of verifying the key card for almost 2.5 minutes of the video, but mentions asking for her ID and justifies asking for her ID? And still wants to see her ID after seeing the key card work?

What I think likely happened is he asked her for ID as he does periodically as part of his HOA responsibility, most often to other white people (since it sounds like this place is almost exclusively white). She gave him an address, and he said that wasn't good enough (because an address without an ID doesn't prove anything). At that point she could have just pulled our her key card and gone in, but she didn't, and I don't think he blocked the door either. I think they both got testy, she accused him of racism, and he called the cops because she was making a scene. The cops showed up, she used her key card and the cop said that was going to have to be evidence enough for him, and then she ruined his life.

So your speculation is OK, but nobody else's speculation is OK. Gotcha.
