Exactly. She stated she gave him her address, and obviously used her key card to enter the pool area. That's all that's necessary here. Again, calling the police on her is overzealous at minimum. He asked for her ID and the first time he even mentions asking her to verify that her key card works is after the police ask for it.

Even after he sees that her key card works, he still wanted to see her ID. He couldn't point to or state one community bylaw that requires photo ID to access the pool area.


Not obvious at all. At no point in any of their dialogue did she even imply she did that. He would have had to forcibly block her from the gate, which would have been a much bigger deal. The fact that she used her ID after he showed up is irrelevant to whether she refused to use it prior to the cop showing up.
