You are a lying piece of s***. So now it was a video? So all the time you were claiming that you had no idea what they found that was a f***ing lie. You knew without a doubt there was child porn on your computer. You had a f***ing video and youve admitted that you watched it. This entire time you knew exactly what this was about.
No one believes your story Dustin. Whats funny is that your made up bulls*** story is what gave the prosecutor a slam dunk case. Computer technicians must report, no exceptions. All I hear when I listen to these videos is some pathetic dude panicking to the point of tears because no one will believe his lie. Your story keeps changing (and was flimsy as f*** to begin with), you wont fess up about why they busted you in the first place, and youve always been cagey about providing details. Why? Because youre lying. You know youre lying, we know youre lying, and apparently the entire justice system of North Carolina knows youre lying. So just stop.
Lets talk about what really happened. Somehow you found some CP (whether you took it off this chicks computer or you got it by some other means), you kept this CP, somehow the cops got tipped to the fact that you had this CP, you deleted it and hoped there wouldnt be anything recoverable, but there was and the cops found it. Now if youre ready to fill in the details of what really happened then well listen. But you can stop with this bulls*** that absolutely no one believes. No one in their right mind is ever going to believe your lie and youre just wasting your time.
I might be worse than what he shares and admits to. The cops only found images and Dawkins just admitted to having/viewing a video. So it begs the question. What else were the cops unable to find when they searched his computer?
I don't know about double jeopardy CP laws but couldn't the cops go after him for this separate video he just admitted he found at some point during his computer technician work since he wasn't charged with it? ---
