The bed itself looks...okay, but it's hard to make judgements on things like these without seeing the bedding that you're using. I have to ask, what's the distance from the right side of the bed to the wall? I'm assuming from that photo that it's about 18 inches, that's a pretty narrow opening. As for the rest of the room, you might want to consider getting a decorator in there to spruce the place up, the room looks pretty barren in that photo. The bedroom shouldn't just be a place you put a bed and sleep, it should be warm and inviting. Also, I see some metal coming from the wall above your window, is that where you had drapes/blinds? If so, why would you take those down, but leave the bracketing in? That looks absolutely horrible.
Im moving to this appartment bedroom and bed linen stuff not ready yet. My plan is to have purple colors for drapes and decoration etc. Its a small bedroom but there are room for nightstands on both sides. ---
