Fuck increasing starting wages and start enabling raises due to hours earned. 2080 hours a year assuming 40 hours a week. Mandate a minimum 50 cent raise for every 1000 hours worked with a maximum of 5 dollars via this method. This way it'll take just under 5 years to "max out" under this method. This allows even a "basic job" to hit the 13-15 dollar range that liberals want after they've put in the time. And should satisfy conservatives who want liberals to work for more pay instead of it being handed to them.
