Synopsis- Dawkins complains about his right to a speedy trial being violated. Said he was worried about being arrested for being too poor to travel to court. Lawyer tells him sentencing happens immediately after trial. Dawkins then asks if there is a period before sentencing. He then talks a bit about how they have no way to prove it was him. He talks about wanting to bring up ADA violations since they were off about his time living at the house the CP was found. Lawyer said you don't want to deal with federal charges. He rambles a lot more and wonders why they won't give him a different plea deal. Only one that involves him getting probation and being put on registry is being given. Says his "computer has been kidnapped for several years" which he needs for school. He talks about what plea deals he would accept. He brings up being treated unfairly because he is poor and disabled.
Near the end (23:40) he has a break down and sounds like he is crying. He says some kill themselves over this. He says that all he allegedly did was watch something. He didn't rape anyone. "People watch ISIS videos. Why don't they get in trouble?" Yet they want to ruin his life and lock him up for "Ones and Zeros Binary Code"
The fact that he is trying to defend watching child porn by saying a recording isn't real makes him look hella-guilty.
